Dear Fellow Chaine Members:

I would like to thank Executive Chef William C. Ludwig and General Manager Walter Ruano of Darrel and Oliver’s East City Grill for a superb evening. I think the cuisine, wines, and service were outstanding. Our next event will take place at Johnny V’s on Las Olas. The two courses that Johnny prepared on the Bainbridge were just a precursor of what is to come. Chef Johnny Vinczencz, who has just returned from competing against the Iron Chef, has created a fabulous menu which is very red wine friendly. The food and ambiance at this restaurant is extremely chic. Therefore, the dress for this evening will be Denim and Diamonds. Space is limited so I will accept members and one guest first and if there is still space available I will take extra guests.

For anyone receiving this mailing who has not sent in their local dues this will be your last mailing unless you send in your dues. The local dues are $65.00 for members and associate members whether you are attending this event or not. This will assure that you will not miss any of our invitations or events. .
