Dear Fellow Chaine Members:

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Executive Chef “Cheffrey” for a spectacular dinner.  I know everyone enjoyed the highlights of South Florida; from Joe’s Stone Crabs, to Little Haiti, to the Everglades, etc.  The cuisine was incredible and also the pairing of the wines was exceptional thanks to Mark D. Stern our Vice Echanson.  I would also like to thank Jennifer and Matthew Kay for hosting this event, without them this event would not have been possible.  Our next event will be on Monday, May 12th at Jazziz Bistro at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.  Executive Chef Jay Prisco is also a young and energetic as Chef “Cheffrey” and also has fabulous cuisine.  Chef Jay Prisco has put together a wonderful menu for us.  We will also have entertainment and the restaurant will be open exclusively for the Fort Lauderdale Chaine des Rotisseurs. The Dress for this event will be Night Club Attire with Chaine Decorations.  Jazziz Bistro is located in the outside shopping area, not in the Hotel itself.  It is easiest to park in the new Lucky Street Garage with the entrance on 441.  Space for this event is limited so please send your checks in as soon as possible to reserve your space.  Guests are welcome but as always, members will have first rights.
