Dear Fellow Chaine Members:

    I would like to thank Hugh’s Culinary for a  barbaric Induction Dinner.  The cuisine was beastly and the wines were fierce thanks to our Vice Echanson, Mark D. Stern. I think everyone had an excellent time. I would also like to congratulate our nine new inductees.  That is probably a new record for the Fort Lauderdale Chapter.  I thought that since we have all been to numerous parties this month,  that we would do something different in January.  Back by popular demand, our next event will be a cooking class at Chef Jean Pierre’s Cooking School.  Chef Jean Pierre has many accolades including former owner of the Left Bank Restaurant and the Host of the cooking show “Sunshine Cuisine” and author of numerous cookbooks.   I have attended many cooking classes with Chef Jean Pierre, not only is he a great Chef but he is also an excellent teacher.  I always learn so much from every class.  Chef Jean Pierre has put together a fantastic menu for us.  There will be three courses and three wines.  Space is extremely limited.  Since there are only twenty-five spaces, I suggest you send in your checks as soon as possible.

     Attached you will also find a bill for local dues for the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chapter.  Please send in your dues as soon as possible so that you don’t miss any of our fantastic events.  I want to wish everyone a Happy Holiday and a Happy  and Safe New Year!
