Non-Professional Membership: Those who share a mutual interest in cuisine, wine, and fine dining in a spirit of camaraderie.

Professional Membership: When the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs was reestablished in Paris in 1950, two of the five founding members were professionals—a rôtisseur and a grillardin. They were soon joined by restaurateurs, hoteliers, caterers, food and wine producers, and others. We honor the important role of professionals in our society.

Associate Membership: Individuals from Chaîne Chapters in the area who wish to participate in the events hosted by our Chapter.

Société Mondiale du Vin Membership: A society created to promote the enjoyment, knowledge
and understanding of fine wines and crafted beverages.
